The Fowler Memorial Lab works on a variety of research projects relating to cochlear mechanics Some of the project topics can be seen below.

The lab is working with collaborators at MIT, Mass Eye & Ear, and Harvard to create an implantable cochlear microphone that can be used for a fully implantable hearing device. For more information on this research topic, go to the Cochlear Implants page.
